Kabayaki is a common way to cook fish, especially eel (unagi). The preparation involves deboning the eel, and then cutting the fillets into pieces to be threaded onto skewers. The fish pieces are dipped into a sweet soy sauce-based glaze, called kabayaki sauce, which is very similar to teriyaki sauce.

This ready-to-eat unagi kabayaki pack comes glazed with kabayaki sauce and can be simply reheated and ready to consume with rice or by itself.

Meat comes frozen and can be kept in the freezer up to 3 months. Do not refreeze after thawing.
