All seafood delivered frozen and vacuum packed as we believe that is the freshest method rather than letting the seafood sit out in the open during transport and processing.
Fresh fishes are caught from Malaysia and vacuum sealed, then blast frozen within 2 hours to retain freshness. Blast freezing technology freezes seafood in a short amount of time, ensuring product's freshness quality is retained while making it easy to keep frozen up to 3 months - it is fresher than fishes laid out over time in the open markets. Fishes may contain small bones.
The size of the prawns is dictated by the number of prawns per KG. 21/25 means that there are 21 to 25 prawns per 1 kg. Hence the smaller the number, the bigger the prawn. Prawns are from India.
The Canadian Boston lobster is already cooked and simply needs to be defrosted for ready consumption.
