This ready-to-eat duck confit dual pack is perfect for two to eat at home, which comes with 2 duck legs and a packed brown sauce. Duck legs slowly cooked in their own fat and to falling-off-the-bone perfection, all you need is to quickly pan-fry the legs for a crispy finish.

The brown sauce is made from chicken stock, vegetables and herbs which complements the juicy duck legs.

Steps: Thaw frozen duck leg and sauce in a fridge overnight.

Bring a pot of water to boil. Turn off the heat and place the entire sauce pack into the pot, cover with a lid and leave it for 15mins.

Preheat a non-stick pan, maintain at medium-high heat. Remove duck leg from the pack and drain excess fats. First, pan-sear skin side down for 2-3 mins until crust is golden brown (depending on how brown you would like your duck). Turn over and repeat for 2-3mins.

Plate the duck leg, pour the sauce and serve immediately. Bon appetite!

Net weight: approx 545g including 2 frozen duck legs and sauce. Expiry: >3 months

Do not refreeze after thawing.
